CurricuLLM is committed to transparency and accountability in all operations.
CurricuLLM is governed by Australian law (NSW jurisdiction). Terms of service and privacy policies are written in plain language and available at Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

If you turn sharing off later, we will stop using it for new sharing and new examples within a reasonable time. However, copies may remain where other users have already accessed or exported it, or where stored in backups, logs, or required for legal or safety reasons.
Developers using the API must not misrepresent their application as being affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by CurricuLLM unless expressly authorised in writing. We may request evidence of curriculum licensing permission or compliance, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension.
Significant changes to terms or privacy are communicated to schools in advance, giving time to review and ask questions. Notice may be provided via email or in-product notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Data is only kept as long as necessary for service provision or legal compliance. Deleted accounts are fully removed or anonymised within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, your licence ends and we may delete content after reasonable retention.
As with all AI tools, there may be errors. Teachers and schools are advised to use professional judgment alongside CurricuLLM. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or content accuracy.
CurricuLLM aligns with both the National framework for the assurance of artificial intelligence in government and Australian Framework for Generative Artificial Intelligence in Schools.
We aim to align with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, ensure appropriate data handling practices, maintain compliance with student privacy laws, and support schools in meeting their obligations.
