1.2 Logging In and Starting a Conversation

How to access CurricuLLM and begin your first chat.

To use CurricuLLM, you need to log in through your school's secure system.

Step 1: Log In

  • Go to https://app.curricullm.com.
  • Enter your school email address, or sign in with your school Google account.
  • If your school is already set up with CurricuLLM, you'll be redirected to your school's sign-in process.
  • If not, you'll receive a one-time password via email to keep your login secure.
  • If your school doesn't have CurricuLLM yet, you can still try it for free. Choose your school from the list, or if your school isn't listed, email hello@curricullm.com to get set up.

Step 2: Set Your Preferences (Optional)

  • After your first login, you can set your preferences to help CurricuLLM keep things relevant for you.
  • Choose your role, subjects, and year levels so responses are tailored to your teaching or learning context.
  • This step is optional, but it helps CurricuLLM give you more useful answers from the start.

Step 3: Start Asking Questions

  • Once you're logged in, you'll see a chat window ready for your first question.
  • Just type in normal English. No special commands are needed.
  • Each chat is separate, so you can keep your planning or study questions organised.

Example Questions

Here are some things you could ask:

  • "Make a short quiz for Year 5 Maths on fractions, and show which outcome codes it matches."
  • "Give me three starter activities for persuasive writing in secondary English, with outcomes included."
  • "Show me a practice task for Year 8 Science on forces, with the linked outcome codes."

Tip: If you're asking more than one question on the same topic, keep them in the same chat. CurricuLLM will remember the context and give connected answers.
